Which is best sniper for M.M?

M700 is my vote. 100 for a body shot, and 300 for a headshot. Plus a fast firing rate, fast reload and a very light weight (hopefully you didn't break it for GP like I did.
).
Either way, broken M700 has the accuracy of the un-broken one while crouching so it still pwns.

Well I'd say...
1.) Barrett (I know its not out. but this beast does 600 dmg to head but has very slow RoF and Reload.)
2.) PSG-RD/MSG (Has fast rate of fire and does a nice amount of damage)
3.)AWM-RD/Camo/DSR(High Damage.)
(You need to aim for the head if you want the list above to be correct.) If you can't aim at head go for AWM/DSR. PSG MSG are not AWESOME if you can't aim for head. -

It stays zoomed in on the scope, but that doesn't mean it's semi-automatic, by any means.
It is in real life, but not in CF.

i tought you bought zee pee =[
you crashed my dreams on asking you for zee pee =[
also, the semi-auto convertion would ruin the dsr's accuracy (0.2 MOA at 100 meters if i'm not wrong) and the shooter can load a new round in the gun very quickly, unless he has a deformed arm =x -

It's not semi-auto.
The bolt of the DSR is rather large, and easily locatable. In real life, it wouldn't be hard, by any stretch of the imagination, to stay focused, and use the bolt action at the same time.

You win okay? Not that much of a big deal. -

It really depends on how you're going to play MM. If you're just going to play on Port and camp at A or hide in the cage in Excavation then get a fast sniper that stays zoomed in to repeadedly hit the mutant on the head. I'd go for the psg-red or the MSG.
If you want to hide in a high place and snipe afk mutants I'd go for AWM, camo or red dragon preferably. If you intent to snipe on the floor where mutants can reach you easily well safe to say a sniper really isn't the best thing to have in your hand at that moment. -
