Don't think their immediately overpowered because their just new. Look how the Katana turned out.
It all depends on the player and his or her instincts on the gun meaning it's the same person with the same tactics, but with a different gun.
Like example, the new people, and the pro's.

But you do know that some weapons in the other versions got nerfed. Like DSR-1. 2 Hit kill in China or Japanese (w/e 10/20 o.o). And some more weapons that I don't know about because I don't play it anymore.
Also, it requires Master Sergeant to get it. Why not Second Lieutenant here?

True about the system replay it need a fix ASAP! but for weapons i don't think it's a bad idea after all a wep is a wep i can kill people with a usp and they got mostly scar L ^^ -

AK74u for lets say 80 coupons, afterall the gun is pretty powerfull and the fire rate waff!
