Bought Zp with UGC and received GP.

At least you submitted your issue to Z8 they might take a few days but they will do something. Z8 support does work even if it is a little slow at times. Playspan on the other hand took over a week and a formal complaint to the BBB to get a replacement code.

Yeah Playspan support is horrible. They promise a response within 24 hours but it takes over a week before they will even bother to start an investigation. Most online customer support works on the concept that if you ignore an issue long enough it might just go away. All I can suggest is keep sending Playspan a message to let them know you are still waiting. If they still won't reply then file a complaint at the BBB

That will really get them going as it means that you have brought in a 3rd party.

i have the same problem too .... i sent a message to playspan and z8 its been over a week now .... playspan aint doing nothing...

ok. i'm part way resolved in the issue. I got a live chat with customer support. got the ticket cared for then I just need to wait for smile gate to open their mail box and verify that what I got is the right code. 1 thing is for sure. I am no longer doing anything through playspan.
