I have to lower the resolution of the crossfire? is giving much lag, or have another way to reduce the lag?

hmm not rly, u can't, I have low fps as well

my computer is good, is newly formatted.
is that sometimes when you go into the server, FEXA the crossfire, give open again and with much lag, that I use "game booster FEXA that all programs including ant virus.
wondered if it is to change the resolution?
I do not know what resolution I am, is the resolution that the game comes when it pops.
