Disgusted with the overrun of hackers in Crossfire

It's really gotten disgusting to play in Crossfire these days. I understand that there always will be hacks in clan servers but since the last Crossfire update it has become virulent! There isn't one game to be played where someone isn't using a speed hack, wall hack, auto aim, etc. Sure, we kick them when possible but Support doesn't respond to my questions about if our reporting hacks sending in game files actually does anything to these people?
Are they removed, banned, warned, what? People across the World play and pay for items so it's not like Z8games is unable to come up with a weekly patch for these morons that are ruining the game for veterans and newcomers alike. People using profane language, cheaters laughing at those working hard to rank up, it's really out of control and getting worse everyday and what does Z8games do?

I enjoy playing CF and will continue to do so but Z8games has to acknowledge that they're losing potential members (paying at that for those crates and special weapons) and veterans that are getting fed up with the juvenile nonsense.
