Bought ZP, Received GP.

So I bought an Ultimate Game Card, and used it to purchase 20K ZP. Somehow I was given 40K GP.
I've emailed but gotten no reply. I am hoping a Game Master or someone else can correct this for me...I want to play CrossFire, but I want to play WITH my ZP items.
HELP!

That's weird. Send in a Support Ticket and they will give you ZP instead.

This was a mixup in codes. We are working with Playspan (and UGC) to get the problem corrected as soon as possible.

In the mean time please go to our support site. http://support.z8games.com if you include the code, the purchase receipt and the account that tried to redeem it they will be able to direct your problem towards the solution as best as possible.

it works also the opposite.
I used Playspan for 50K GP and he gave me 25K ZP+25K GP O_O

Does this occur with all UGC? Or just happen in some people.. Because I am going to purchase one tomorrow. Unless this is the case in which i'll have to wait.

When the correction is applied it does not mean you get both for the price of one.

It does not occur for all people. In fact most of these issues have already been solved.

speak for yourself, I got a replacement code for 20k ZP and got to keep the 40k GP also. Although after a year of buying ZP it is the least they could have done to apologize for this mishap. Besides it's not like I'm never going to buy ZP again, I'm just going to hold out until the hacker issue is dealt with.

Well here it is sunday, I have yet to recieve so much as an email reply from either z8 or playspan. Playspan says reply within 24hrs...BS....this simply is not cool.

No reply of any kind.... -_-

Off to the BBB I guess.

umm i have the same issue but i bought 2 x 20kzp

and my problem haven't been solved and i bought it like 2weeks ago and still waiting for playspan to fix it
