Ping vs. Kd

If a guy with let`s just say 50 ping ( average ping for na ) has a 2.5 kd and a guy with 130-200 ping ( average ping for almost everyone outside na ) has the same kd, that makes the lagger more pro or same?

KDR isn't important. It doesn't show whether you're "pro" or not.

That can only be decided by being consistent in games that matter (scrims, tourneys). Not random pubs.

It is more difficult to kill people when you have a higher ping.
