I was banned?

I've been playing CrossFire for about a year now,but now whenever i try and log in it'll say "ID is already in use" and i click OK. But then it doesnt start the game.I've already sent in multiple support tickets because i have bought over $100 worth of ZP and would like a refund if they are going to do this. My name was -Stricken and my username was jacobmichael.I was a Second Lieutenant,so can you please unban me,i've obviously done nothing wrong and the Support team doesn't do anything to fix this!!!!!
