I've been playing CrossFire for about a year now,but now whenever i try and log in it'll say "ID is already in use" and i click OK. But then it doesnt start the game.I've already sent in multiple support tickets because i have bought over $100 worth of ZP and would like a refund if they are going to do this. My name was -Stricken and i was a Second Lieutenant,so can you please unban me,i've obviously done nothing wrong and the Support team doesn't do anything to fix this!!!!!

If you were banned then u were breaking rules so think back to what hack you were using...

It takes them about a week to respond.

If you submitted multiple tickets weeks ago and haven't recieved a reply, you most likely don't know how to check for replies.

this sucks i get banned too on the 19.10 for hak but i didnt hak or something like this

z8 never bann lightly ......... sure !!!

was in the replie of my ticket to read i want a refund too i spend money on this game wrote pms support tickets and they told nothing just hakkers get banned.....

maybe hakkers can play and fair players get banned

z8 sucks in this category

The easiest way to avoid being banned is not having any kind of cheating tools or hacks on your computer.
