How about an Update
This is a letter to the GMs, CMs and MODs:
Gents its been a while that these hackers are still running rampant. "One Shot", "No Recoil", "Walling/Chams" and "Speed Hackers" are taking over Cross Fire NA/UK.
Everyone in the Community here on the Forums has been requesting an update. Yet no "Voice" from the GM/CMs have spoken. We just want to know whats going on.
Every day we see great players and Leaders of the Forum Community leaving. Who wants to play a game where every....not just some...every match you play has a hacker in it. You cant even Clan War without having to face up against hackers.
And what say you about Restricting Pings? We would like to know your reasoning behind not fallowing every other version of Cross Fire? Is it all based on the mighty dollar...if thats the case...ping restrict the first 4 servers and let the Brazilians have a heyday with each other.
I feel Z8, G4 and SmileGate are letting the Community down. Slow to patch out issues, Closing the "Ban List", having a "Suggestion" Forum which has yet to incorporate one single thing and lack of community support.
Whats the point of having a report system? If anything to Ban hackers and what not. But you give them a free pass by telling them they get a 7 day ban first. Make it a "Zero Tolerance" policy. You tell us to report...but we still see the same hackers playing weeks later. I've spent countless hours sending in Report after Report, by the time you get to one of mine it will have been a week and that player will have had changed their IP and made a new Account.
Some of us here on the Forums want to some day become a MOD and help the community. Personally I don't want to work with a group of people that sit in the shadows and hope the issues will just clear themselves up in time. I'm a proactive person...wish you all would do the same.
How about the CMs and GMs start playing the game with alt accounts. See what we deal with on a day to day basis. Then let me know what you think. Lets here it from your mouths!!!

I'm pretty sure they all put in the time to do their work, and some work harder then the rest. They obviously know about the issues and they will work on fixing them as soon as possible. They are probably restricted in many area's, and therefore can't fix it as quickly as some would want. You can quit, along with anyone else. If people want to keep playing they will, having a few people supposedly "quit" isn't a big issue.

@OP: Coreduo makes a good point. This game has become more of a FPAS. (First Person Arcade Shooter lawlz)Idc much for hackers cause they sort of frequently mask the REAL issues like laggers & the fact that all you have to do is jump to tank shots... -

true, when they play, it seems to be 1 pub game or so - and somehow the 1 gme they play doesnt have a hack.er -
Also I lol at how the Mods always say "It's not that serious" yet Rex & Giggle get like 30 frames in a 1v1. Who ever saw dot play like seriously? DDoTt doesn't play much either & If he does he just chills. The only mod I could say that is competent of the state of this game is Bruce. He even admits this game is awful he just has to stay careful with his words cause he's staff...

Really? I have played this game for just as long as most of you. I am well aware of the state of this game and so are the rest of the Moderators. We hear about it everyday with the 20 or 30 threads about it, made every day courtesy of fellow players.Just to see what this game is becoming...

If you think all G4Box CM's, GM's and Moderators do is sit in the shadows then you obviously have no clue what goes on behind the scenes. You do understand business don't you? They can't talk about every little detail about what is going on, beyond what you can see as a forumer. You, along with everyone else, including us Moderators, can only sit and wait for something to be done. You'd be surprised how much is being done that you have no knowledge of.
We, as Moderators, don't say a lot about it because we do not know much more than you do as players. We are not some special staff that hears everything that goes on either. We are players just as you are and all we can do is our job, which is to manage this forum. Just because we aren't talking about the daily activities of G4Box doesn't mean nothing is being done. -

Correct, they do put in their time. And others due more. They have known about a "LOT" of issues. Yet for some reason we still have boxes that can be glitched. They say that its SmileGate not patching...well...push them to patch.
Second, CF NA/UK is the only version that "DOESNT" restrict IPs. You can play from anywhere...got a signal in Antarctica...you can play...have a 1k ping...you can play. Our version of CF wont restrict...why, they wont say...which means only one thing....$$$$$$$$$.
I would love to see the traffic roster to CF NA/UK...and how much its changed over the last 8 weeks. Bet you 100 bucks 50% of the traffic is from Brazil. They can't play Combat Arms anymore...so off to the next good game...CF.
If it speaks Portuguese, lags like crazy and spins in 360s...its not a Brazilian...its a CASH COW!!!!

You don't "push" your owner in to doing stuff. You ask nicely, which is exactly what we have to do.
Our version is the only one that doesn't restrict IPs (untrue but for the sake of this argument) because it would be technically impossible to do so efficiently. We took another route. Adding servers 'for' (not actually allowed to) the regions that cause a problem, ie lag.
Not sure what Combat Arms are doing but as far as I know, they released a BR version, meaning its very likely that they restricted BRs from their main version.
As for cash cow.. Well, this is a company. Not the Brazilians fault they're a huge source of income. G4Box wants money. Welcome to the real world, which one were you living in, where money wasn't the goal of a company? -

Here is an idea, instead of G4 making new weapons and maps n such why not devote all resources to making a hack free game for a while. You will not only get the reputation up but people will feel good about buying for the game. This will give more income and if you really wanted to you could probobly sue (or at least get mad or something) the major hack sites for ruining a company. I think it would take some work but at least CF would have less hacks.
There is a VIP hack that charges money, why not patch that, cause they have resources and time. I know you guys would have more, if you got rid of them for 2 months they would go broke and VIP would all but be history. Just devote more to This problem and less to updates for new stuff that we dont need IE RPK gold! ( more m4's, awms GOT ENOUGH) -

I don't really blame the Mods as you are most likely not paid, have no technical skills and are in reality little more than hall monitors with no power in a mass of cheating garbage. It is not that you don't do anything, you can't do anything.
I totally and completely understand that your position is one of boot licking. You must keep the foul language on the forums under control, you must prevent honest players from pointing out that entire population of a certain country are cheating low life of questionable genetic background, the result of some weird form of inter-species breeding with family trees the shape of a straw. That kind of talk might be construed as offensive, while cheating, hacking, lagging, running entire clans that hack, having 20 or more accounts on the one IP, are merely minor issues that should be tolerated.
Lets be honest, you are in fact worthless when it comes to any important play issues. The Entire support structure of CF is incompetent, that is unless you can show them the green or as i suspect, are a close chum of a GM, CM, or Mod. That helps even more if your a cheat; friends don't ban friends for cheating. -
