Yes you should be able to get the account back with all of that information, i will soon try to get my stolen account back too with the help of the thread

LOL, good luck, i hope it works and Thank you very much, i appreciate it, by the way i am on this alternate account since my main got a 7 day banned because i got incorrect map info error and they though i was haking, but i will be on with it on Monday since its getting unbanned Sunday night. Once again good luck

I gave them all of this.
Plus the confirmation when I bought ZP and requested pass again.
● tell the support team that you have had your account stolen, or hacked
● include the following details:
○ registration email
○ billing emails
○ login ID
○ old passwords
○ your security answer that you made at registration
○ date of creation of the account
○ your IP address (should be the one at registration, or it’s no good)
○ a link to your character page
○ anything else that can link your to your account
