Just a Question or 2

Have in last two days started being active in reporting hacks on mutation.
i would just like to know when i look (after reporting them) at contact history its shows close and delete next to posts immediately my question is that really the case or just a bug,will they be investigated even though it shows post closed and deleted?.also have been taking screenshots(as well as saving replays) using fraps software showing 6kills at time on mutation is it possible in any way to attach these to report as would of thought with these screenshots a ban could be issued almost instantly.sorry to go on just one other technical question every time i change server i have to redefine the shift space and ctrl buttons as i have german keyboard running an english windows is it possible to maybe fix this.i save always after redefining but after changing server same problem i can´t jump run etc,the buttons don´t work.
