Download Fraps ( best way is using a torrent ) start recording. Download the newest Sony Vegas crack and start cutting out the good scenes. After you've gatheres a bunch of epic moments just think about soundtracks, put them in the right order, intro, ending, etc. When you're done, upload it.
There is no magical programm that you can record and cut out all the kewl scenes in your game, add a linkin park song and send you an Message on you're mobile phone, when it's done uploading. You will have to be creative and work independent, if you can't: forget about it. -

The law is the reason of the society. You do not save the world if you follow it, you lose your own standarts if you follow it. If you don't follow the majority, you aren't "normal" anymore, but you don't ruin the world.
