They updated the clan ZP donation system.

Rank 9 or lower: donation limit 2000 ZP/month
Rank 10 to 18: donation limit 4000 ZP/month
Rank 19 to 27: donation limit 10000 ZP/month
Rank 27 and above: donation limit 20000 ZP/month

Oh, and I randomly have 11k zp. COOL.
