Lost Account Issue

Because the 1st topic has been closed without giving me a chance to get a fari discussion I am opening this one.

So this is the case:
Hello all,

I decide to write something here because I am sick and tired of banging my head on the wall called z8games technical support.

I will make the story short so GMSaidin could get some time to read it as he hasnt got time to go through his PM box to answer me. (To be honest I wonder if he is getting any money for being at this forum - if So I would fire such a lazy Administrator).
Ok ok sorry back to the story:

My friend played this game for a longer period of time. He was the only one who was using his account. Over 3 weeks ago he lost the possibility to access his account. He wasnt banned or anything, simply his password stopped working.
He wrote a ticked to z8games asking for an explenation what was going on. In return he got a request that he has to give them the transaction IDs so they could identify and confirm that he is legit. Of course, my friend hasnt got any transaction ID as bought the ZP only once by phone. He did wrote to z8games that he hasnt got any transaction IDs etc. etc. yet they still request that information.
He provided them with screenshots clearly confirming that he is what he says he is. Still the same response - "give us the bloody transaction IDs".

I have a question to you z8games and to you lazy as hell GMSaidin:
Why are you forbidding legit players from accessing their own accounts and yet you allow every cheating son of a monkey to access their accounts?
Why you are so difficult to approach and finally the last question to GMSaidin: why are you sitting doing nothing while there is so much to be done?!

P.S. ZP scams is z8games business as well as hackers. They do nothing about it, which means they allow to use it.

I would like to say that It is unknown what have happened to the account as technical support is not providing any information at all, other that the request for additional info - such as transaction IDs.

This is the forum provided for cases like this one so dont bother answering to it by saying "send the technical ticket" - it has been sent several times.

    How is it Z8games responsibility if someone gives out his/her account information? Thats like saying its the Banks responsibility to make sure customers don't give out their credit card info. Which makes no sense at all.

    No, the forums aren't provided for cases like this one. No-one will unban you by posting it on forums. As I said in the previous thread, you can either send in a support ticket and wait for their response/ provide info they ask, or you won't get any sort of help.

    The Bank provides clients information not only to its branches but aloso to third-party companies such as Insurance. - it makes sense.

    Nobody said my friend is banned. This is the key issue. My friend hasnt got any information at all with regards to what happened to his account.
    If it would be case of false logging then my friend's character would have appeard in game which it didnt.
    As I read in the other thread: his e-mail address is on Polish server, so when he tried to recover the password he didnt get the email in. (I hope that I dont have to say to you that this is slightly discriminating as other email addresses are in operational).

    Now the last thing:
    If you write about IQ's - it has nothing to do with intelligence, it is a measuremant unit created for the sole purpose of solving puzzles.

    Our friend can be post email adress in ticket. Lot of screen shot or reply's from game.

    Maybe problem with new pass, he concerns to polish e'mails.

    We expect real help from GM's. Automaticly answers from tickets its worth ****.
  • A screenshot isn't proof of anything. Forget photoshop, a fake screenshot can be made with microsoft paint.

    Tell him to call support with the email address linked to the account, then exchange an email with support through that account. You should be happy Z8 isn't handing your account over to the first person who claims to be you without a shred of evidence.
  • Generally I agree with You. Our friedn and all our clan just wait for info, how to regain access to acc. But answers for tickets still the same. Probably its some crapy automat.

    Not enough account information to obtain access to the owned account. This sounds a bit scary.

    Provide me with their phone number, sure I would love to give them a call, to raise real complain, there is no information at all with regards to any CS live-line.
    All I want is answer why and how to recover it. Apparently this is too much for z8.

    Also, Saidin works for G4Box, the company. And he is FAR from lazy. He does so much work, it's not even funny.

    You're being rude, and not taking in all the considerations. Because ONE, his PM box gets filled everyday by spam and other non sense.

    Two, it is NOT his part to care about accounts over the PM system.

    GM's will ignore all private messages relating to stolen/lost accounts as well as hack reports.

    We have a proper system on our website which is available for everyone to send these requests and questions in.

    You may or may not get a reply if you send a GM a message about these issues, and the reply you get will likely be sending you to support.

    Also, it is against the forum rules to make a thread about closed or deleted threads. Read up on this stuff BEFORE you post.

    Thread Locked/Removal Discussion
    Discussing a locked or removed thread is forbidden and any posts found in regards to this will be removed. These threads were adjusted for a reason. If you have a problem with a thread that was removed, send a private message to a GM or email Customer Support.

    Furthermore, Z8Games is a Portal, not the company. G4Box is the License Company. SmileGate/Neowiz are DEVs and etc.

    It is not his job to help out with accounts like that.

    As I said, it is the account holder's responsibility to keep protection of that account. You can not simply lose control over your account unless you:

    1) Forgot your pass (Very Unlikely)
    2) Used a hack and got keylogged (Happens All the time)
    3) Shared info with someone else. (Also happens all the time)

    Before you post, and make all these false words, and such, read the ToS/ToC, the forum rules, and the stickies. All these are here for a reason.

    To add on, you are asked for this kind of information, so you can PROVE you own the account. Anyone can just say they lost their account, and oh that's my account. You need to PROVE it. That is why they asked for a Transaction ID.

    There is also other information you can give, which you can see if you use the correct support function and input all the information correctly.

    That it is not Z8's problem. You contact support, and that is the ONLY way to get the account info back.

    As Rex has to maintain an air of maturity and professionalism because he is a mod, I will tell you for him that you are an idiot. He worked very hard on a long-ass post outlining everything and quoting your whole rant, and you dismiss it.

    well i had a problem with not receiving zp, so he gave me some websites to upload my SS

  • enough with the idiocy. If you really love crossfire, your love shouldn't limit to a measle account with some premiums. Heck, i lost account access to another game portal company far worse than yours... haha... imagine having a locked account for using a password change via their website and not having the generated password sent to you, and the company rejecting any claims that their system is broken. Its been two years, and its still broken. *laughs*

    You do realize that insulting GM Saidin or any other GMs is the worst way to start off your post. We also do not handle account issues here and only handle them on the support system as stated earlier.

    We require TWO pieces of valid information on the account for security purposes (excluding screenshots, replays) to validate that you are the original owner. We also do this because account sharing, trading or selling is prohibited. People who can't provide these bare minimum basic information are usually people who bought the account.

    (I mean really? How do you forget your email?.. or your Phone Number..?)

    If your friend wants to get his account back, he just has to open the ticket and provide us with the two pieces of information listed in the "Account Administration" form.
