I think you should use, http://www.lipsum.com/ text generator for the mini small text. It looks dull. Mix it up!

Also, some colors would be nice. Adds the variation to the "United' portion of the message.

Part of being a designer is not to make something look fancy but to get the general message across.

Good banner none the less!

Not my list. Saul was the original founder. Will be "cutting" and "adding" people by my own and possibly my other helper's opinion.
