Incorrect bans
Dear Z8games and Gms,
Well, the pourpose of this thread is aboout the new bans .I have heard of many bans to close friends from another clans, but yesterday, 2 members of my clan were banned for a week too. "The account was blocked". My clan hate hackers, we dont know how to get rid of them, and what happened? Two of us banned... WTH?!
One of them IGN is cARLOSFAA, the most pro player ive ever played with, the other [Sx]*CoPi who is not soo pro but he plays good. For example carLOSFAA's headphones are more expensive than my computer LMAO. We play everyday with TS3. We are a clan who is called "hacker" everyday, and that was funny for us till now. We are a Latin clan, and almost every latin hack which we had play with has called us hacker and reported us. In addition, carlosfaa, was worried for being called hacker so many times and he sent a message to GM through the support asking him if there was any possibilitie of a "human mistake" and banned him by mistake. He told him to stay calm and that was not possible.
I just want to ask.... How do you ban people? just watching at the replay and if he plays very good you ban him? Cuz this guys have much better scores than some Gms.
Now im worried, the daily mission is in complex. For example, today i had a 6.113 kill/death. Am i going to be banned?
Please Gms, dont delete this post. This is a huge problem, a huge mistake. Z8 should do better his job. Every room has at least 2 speed hackers or aimbot. Xtrap is laugh for this "hack web pages". Its a pity that we cannot play this game which is good but which needs more seriousness. I have so many things to say that im writing a puzzle xD.
To conclude, take the ban things seriously, dont commit this kind of mistake. this member is desperate sending messages to gms, posting videos, replays , screens. We are a clan which plays latin tournaments with anticheat, cARLOSFAA is always the mvp of those games with scores of 3.0, including finals. We hate hackers, we dont promote hacks, and many members of my clan are leaving this game because they cannot play because of them. And what happen? 2 members of us get banned. Come on, please, take this seriously and do better your job. As i have already told you, we are spanish speakers, so im writing this in his name and of the name of my clan (cause i know english and these 2 people banned doesnt).

Here is the bug in the autoban:
On the very first screen, if you try to join a server and cf gets stuck, then don't try to forcibly close the process using task manager. I did that, and when I relogged it said 'acc already logged in'. And now I'm banned for a week O_O -
This was getting to me too.First my main account got banned, then
2 days later my second account.
But the problem is i have a new pc and i only donwloadet teamspeak 3, google chrome,
crossfire and need for speed world.
And i have proofs, my download history of google chrome.
And in my clan so many people got banned too, we are an german elite clan,
before like 1 month we were rank 300 now we are 90.
And its funny, the good players get banned, i dont know if from an error or
from the support who cant imagine that players can be so good, but the real
hackers dont get banned.
THIS NEW DETECTING SYSTEM FAILS SO MUCH PLEASE REMOVE IT ! -
Hi everyone... im member of this clan SexTaSiS... I would like GMs, Mods or how they like to be called get on work with this problem... seriously, is kind of difficult to play in this way... is more like.. "oh no! u r not a pro! u arez a hack! we hate them!" and u r banned when ur KD is rising, never get in use with hack, never done something incorrect to get XP or something... but u r the problem! and in the meantime... headshots from enemy base even if u didnt started!... and so many clans above 100 rank using hack... we are digging throw stones with a plastic spoon, trying to be between 100 best clans... and we cant... our players go away cause hackers and just a few of us making the dirty work of fighting to stay at 150's rank...
I would really like to get this problem solved, and if its possible, to hear the words of Z8 team in here... I like this game... but make it serious... please... thx!

Seriously... they banned them cause this "software" brokes down and when they restarted the game, they have been kiked....??????????????? a mistake of Z8 crew makes my connection lost and im kicked?.... using msn talking to my flesh and bones friends produces crash of crossfire and they got kicked? what do you get if you are supposed to do if you use task manager cause your system broke down? wait like an ameba to something happen? jeeze... I will install a VPN if they like and check my computer... really... understanding behaviors from Z8 Mods! -
Not to discriminate
Um-mm most Br's and Latins get ban because they are the hackers, most of them, some don't. So its sad that CF discriminates against race and culture but that's how they are. I have had my friends accounts get banned. Plus CF will also ban if the player has spent a crap-load of ZP. Yeah I hope a moderator reads this, because it is quiet sad. -

according to me the nose are most common hacks
speed hack, Waller, aimbot,
but knowing that you are not good or the tricks of certain maps
the problem is that in a tournament some clans were angry because we won so do whatever it takes to annoy
another good thing is that I do not pass because I'm always in delta but the play if I'm wrong server bravo, alpha and Miami where there are too many noobs who can not play but good

how am i so sure? because i play with him everyday for 3-5 hours in TS3 and i have learnt to listen footsteps, weapon charge, etc, all thanks to him. because we play clan war with anticheat and he's always the ace.

Yo fui baneado, yo nunca he hackeado con mi cuenta pero recuerdo haberme bajado unos hacks hace 4 meses y usarlos con una cuenta noob en una sala privada entre amigos, desde ese dia no los use mas y los elimine el mismo dia. 4 meses despues me banearon. De acuerdo a ellos, hay un nuevo sistema que detecta si hay un programa corriendo en tu sistema, por mas que no tu amigo no los haya usado, con solo bajar 1 vez y luego eliminarlos parece que se keda algo en la compu que es detectado con el nuevo programa y automaticamente banea.
Yo tengo un amigo que bajo los mis hacks que yo hace 4 meses pero el no fue baneado xq formateo su computadora. Al saber eso, mi teoria sobre al eliminar el hack que no se elimina por completo y es detectado por el nuevo sistema es valida. Solo espera que pase los 7 dias de ban y reinstala el crossfire con un fresco y nuevo installer asi no habra baneos futuros. Ademas, no descarguen nada de hack a la compu, porque el nuevo sistema los detectara. Este nuevo sistema aparte de ver si haz bajado un hack, si te banea, banea a todas las cuentas que haz usado, es por IP.
Bueno, solo le queda a tu amigo esperar y reinstalar el cross. Buena suerte.
PS: Si juega con otra cuenta ahora sin haber reinstalado el cross, la cuenta tmb sera baneada.
Te lo digo por experiencia propia.

I knew it you would of got banned, alt haking was not a good idea even if it was months ago. You should thank them its only 7days. LOL -

Our clan has suffered from multiple banns on at least 5 legit players ....we are all taking action by reporting this to BBB (Better Buisness Bereau) ......also we have multiple screen shots of mods being very rude on IRC chat channel ......i have started a file for BBB so if ne1 has nething usefull plzzz PM me !!!!! Thanks guys !!!!!
Seems to be silver bars getting the bann in our clan ....BTW Mr.Knifer dont hak Giggle and thats not a lie BRO .....thats a cool response u had to him in IRC BBB thinks it was very unprofessional

mod, what i think is that everything is clear. something in this system must be failing . maybe another program or something that makes u the autoban without hacking. i have heard a lot of people that got banned after a crossfire error or sth that got them out of the game, and that when they tried to login again they couldnt.
carlosfaa was chatting while he was playing, and u know, that sometimes the game crashes and u get out of the game by an error. maybe that was what the new system detect.. -

No, the system detects injectors/hackz/dll's and malicious hack softwares that includes Cheat Engine.- If you hacked in another account/alt your banned.
- If you used this hack a month ago or so your banned.
- If you used a injector to hack on another game your banned.
- If you tried to test a hack in a private room your still banned.
- Theres no problem with the system, you use a hack/injector or a cheat engine and again your banned.
What I suggest to anyone banned is that after those 7days pass you delete or remove your shts so there are no more problems. -
