Z8games is a Joke

Hello all,

I decide to write something here because I am sick and tired of banging my head on the wall called z8games technical support.

I will make the story short so GMSaidin could get some time to read it as he hasnt got time to go through his PM box to answer me. (To be honest I wonder if he is getting any money for being at this forum - if So I would fire such a lazy Administrator).
Ok ok sorry back to the story:

My friend played this game for a longer period of time. He was the only one who was using his account. Over 3 weeks ago he lost the possibility to access his account. He wasnt banned or anything, simply his password stopped working.
He wrote a ticked to z8games asking for an explenation what was going on. In return he got a request that he has to give them the transaction IDs so they could identify and confirm that he is legit. Of course, my friend hasnt got any transaction ID as bought the ZP only once by phone. He did wrote to z8games that he hasnt got any transaction IDs etc. etc. yet they still request that information.
He provided them with screenshots clearly confirming that he is what he says he is. Still the same response - "give us the bloody transaction IDs".

I have a question to you z8games and to you lazy as hell GMSaidin:
Why are you forbidding legit players from accessing their own accounts and yet you allow every cheating son of a monkey to access their accounts?
Why you are so difficult to approach and finally the last question to GMSaidin: why are you sitting doing nothing while there is so much to be done?!

  • Your friend obvious downloaded a hack which contained a keylogger or he fell for that 'free zp' scam. It's not Z8games fault, he HAS to provide the proper information they request.

    GMs are doing much more than what you think. Hackers do get banned but it's just people like you who have been blinded by their 1 year friendship partner claiming he doesn't hack.

    Either get him to Send in a Support Ticket with all the requested info or just let it be the way it is.
    Take this to support ticket and keep it there.
