No one is purposely trying to "swindle" you.

This was a mixup in codes. We are working with Playspan (and UGC) to get the problem corrected as soon as possible.

In the mean time please go to our support site. http://support.z8games.com if you include the code, the purchase receipt and the account that tried to redeem it they will be able to direct your problem towards the solution as best as possible.
