Hacking reports. Its real or unreal hacking bans?

i am impressed by how many mods and super mods replied to this thread i would just like to ask as i reported 2 hackers today and sent replay firstly any idea how long it takes before report is viewed and also i took screenshots using fraps software of 6kill multikills on mutation mode but couldnt find any way to add this to report is this information a:-not needed B. not allowed would like some feedback as i feel now i am fed up of hacks instead of complaining would like to try to do my bit to clean up this decent game.

Pointing out; that lately I have been getting booted off of the CF Servers for Malicious Software use....

Now as I am not a complete idiot; I dug through my files and **** and found that a file from another game Combat arms (not a hack) was getting detected, this file is nothing but the download for CA but it contains thermidia. Also noticed that if you run Ventrillo or Teamspeak you have a better chance of getting server errors or crashing all together. Could be getting picked up by the hackshield or the auto-detect program. I dont know.

Now I have not been banned but I do agree watch what you download.

I'd say on average about a week to get to that hackers replay and then 2 more days to ban him and surviving accounts.
