Support slow& sponsor pays not awarded
yes,of course,i have the proof and the sponsor pays ZP aren't in my account .-.
also,is it normal that support take 1 month to answer a ticket with an epic bug of an Awm red dragon lost?
the original ticket was send one month ago,and on friday i resended it .-.
but still no reply
i did 2 Z8Points Offers and i didn't earned any zp for anyone of those offers, please help me, those are the offers:

but providers don't respond .-.
the problem is that a month for a ticket that contains all the proof it's a bit to long,isn't it?
