Important Question: Regarding New Hack Detection System
This is my alt account. I have sent PMs and I have contacted Customer Support. This entire time I have had faith in Z8 Games as well as the staff. I always had faith that the system protected the legit and brought justice down on the hackers.
I have been wrongfully banned. Even though it may be only 7 days I am extremely saddened by this event. Not once have I ever made a thread on this forum this severe. Is there any possibility that my innocence can be proven? If any MOD or GM reads this please PM me and I will surely explain to you my situation via e-mail, PM, any messenger, or even cell phone if possible. Anything on my computer that you need to prove my innocence is also available, please just ask. I have played this game since its time on Suba and not to mention love this game even now. Is it possible at all to have this fixed? I am seriously about to break down emotionally over this. Not once has a game ever done this to me. Please respond to something I can do to help reconcile this wrongdoing. I don't know what else to do. I can't even contact a phone number. All that I have available to me to contact the staff or company is typing out text.

I really don't know what else to do. I wish I could talk to one of the staff. I have spent almost $2000 on this game. I have been playing since Suba. I have never farmed my rank, I have spent days off from school just to play as sad as that sounds. I seriously don't know how this could happen. Please read this someone on the staff.

5 of my friends have had it happen to them in the last week. It seems to happen after getting disconnected from server a couple of times, then when they try to login again they get hack tool detected, then they are banned. Legit players are getting banned while the hackers are running around the game. And of course no one will talk to them about getting banned or even help them.

Late at night this past week I was getting constant Disconnects due to incorrect info or something like that then all of a sudden a Hack Tool detect (0) thing popped up and I freaked out. I searched the forum and there was a fix for it, I never thought the game's bug would screw me over like this. -

artmx I don't need or want you to believe me. The only people I want to believe me are those who run this game. If there's anything I can do to prove my innocence I will do so no matter what it takes. I will do anything the GMs ask me to provide.
Not to mention if this ERROR does happen again, it will be permanent ban wouldn't it? So I'm trying to get answers, because if there is any chance of getting perm banned falsely, then what? -

artmx it's a common error go to the Tech support section of the forum. I don't understand why people like you are so cruel. You won't ever feel the way I do until it happens to you. -

GM Saidin if you're reading this thread. I sent you a PM, please respond to it. I have sent you PMs in the past regarding various topics but not once did you reply to me. In the past I always relied on CM FallenAngel for assistance and he has always replied to me. I still have his past replies on my main account's forum message box.

The guys I know that it happened to are legit. I've never known of them using any sort of hack or glitching or anything. I've talked to each one and they all have gotten banned after trying to login and getting 'disconnected from server'. Which they get a couple times and then on the 3rd attempt to login they get 'hack tool detected'. After this they are banned. The hack tool detected error has been around forever. If u get diconnected and then reconnect u get this error. Or at least I've seen it a few times. So when I get disconnected now I usually wait about 5 minutes then reconnect. At any rate. There's definately a problem with this auto-ban thing.

I understand and I apologize for posting another thread, but I never imagined this would happen to me. I am the type of person so scared of going to certain websites and etc, and somehow this happens to me. It's as if a germaphobe gets stricken with a rare deadly type of bacteria. I don't know what else to do. -

They all reported the problem on the web form and got 1 msg back like the guy above did. So as far as help goes it looks useless to ask. But maybe u'll get lucky. The part I'm wandering about is this tho. I wander what will happen when they realize they are banning legit players and these players have lost ZP and so on from being banned. Like their items timeout while banned etc. Wander if Z8 will refund that stuff? In such a case if I were Z8, I probably wouldn't ever admit to a problem like that. Maybe that is what is going on. Who knows. Let's hope it gets fixed soon tho. If not. I will prob. find something else to play. Just getting to be to many problems with the game anymore.

I just tried the IRC chat thing for the first time, I got some assistance but yeah I got ridiculed, laughed at, made fun of. Sometimes you just have to look past the embarrassment and still have to look for help.
I wish they had a phone number to contact to get on the phone assistance. I would feel a lot better speaking to someone.
I wish I could get in contact with CM FallenAngel. He's always helped me out in the past. -

If anyone is viewing this, including the MODs or GMs. Remember this is my alt account. Any information regarding my banned main account including the name I will say in PMs. Any GMs reading this already should know the name of my banned main account. If MODs want to help I will be willing to tell my character's name.
Once again still waiting for official word and willing to disclose any/all information needed to prove my innocence. -

dont be a nonce. seriously. there have been a few bans handed out that really are debatable. the new system bans if it detects any .dll file running. there are probably ongoing conflicts in software which are causing theses bans and hopefully z8 will beable to sort it out soon. -
I am feeling so disheartened right now. Seeing so many similar threads. I am willing to share any information the GMs need to see that my account is legit. Logging off the forums for the evening please PM me, GMs if anything I have included my contact info in a PM and the contact support ticket off my main.

-never farmed (GMs should be able to pull up a database logging any KD resets, I have never used a KD reset)
-purchased ZP quite frequently
-I often play PUBs and I lately have frequented Echo 8
Obviously the above 3 bullets are just for those forumers who just wanted to jump and attack me without even thinking. Take a look at my account and think why on earth would I do anything illegal. I love this game to the point where as I have said before, I even skipped class for this. I don't play competitively because I don't want the responsibility of having to always take part in scrims etc. but I do appreciate the Echo 8 pubs and the occasional PUG here and there. Why can't just enjoy this game for pubbing, but if I pub all types of hackusations come out. I don't understand this anymore, isn't this game meant to be played not only for competitive reasons. People probably are going to flame me and say I should just play competitively but why should I be limited only to that. If this situation never gets sorted out am I just supposed to be limited to and play only in Echo 8 so that I won't ever have to deal with all the other people in the other channels? It seems as though the safest place to be is only in there and in respected clans scrimming, or even just playing with clan mates.
I don't know what else to say, if the GMs require any more information I will be willing to share.

If you want to do something useful, post a list of processes that are running normally. Just because you play in Echo 8 does not mean you do not cheat. Echo 8 is really no different then any other channel. The other difference is when you type "5" you have some one whispering you room/pw?
Like honestly, all of the people coming on and being like HI GUYS WTF 7 DAY BAN YO? I LEGIT PRO PLAIR OMFGZ I SPEND MUCH ZP! Useless, none of that would effect your current state of affairs. If you were banned then it could be for one of the following reasons.
- Glitching
- Hacking
- Having hacks
- Swearing or making racial comments
- Harassment
Basically any of those could have gotten you a 7 day ban.
Now lets skip ahead and assume you were banned via the new hack detection system.
A) You cheat
You cheated
C) You have a process running that has a conflict with the new system
Now lets assume its C), well then the logical way to fix this would be to post any USABLE information in order to try to help them isolate the issue and resolve it. While I no nothing about computers, program or anything else like that... I would assume useful information would be stuff like processes running, computer system (XP 64 bit, Windows 7 etc), maybe even your anti virus?, and other computer tech things like that. Also mention if your using a wireless internet connect and check the ports etc or w/e that techy stuff is called. Basically just make sure your firewall (if you have one) isn't blocking packets of information being sent by the G4 servers. -

Sad to read this man, i have played you lots of times, ur very good(Im C[h]ronox), Thompson abuser :P but u r skilled man i can tell the community that you dont hack, also calm down and good luck with the ban issue, remember ur not the only one with the problem. -
