Recently we have found evidence which proves this account was using malicious software within Cross Fire. This is against our terms and conditions and a ban has been placed on this account for 1 week.

We would also like to take this time to remind you that Z8Games takes no responsibility for the actions on an account that might have been compromised or lost in some way. If the rules are broken on the account we must take action against that account, regardless of the physical person that might have been playing on it at that time.

We apologize for this inconvenience but ask for your understanding as we are trying to maintain the quality of our game. We do not tolerate accounts that break our rules or use these types of programs. And as such this ban will not be lifted.

Subsequent detections and bans may result in further action taken against this account.

Z8 owns your account and can do whatever they want with it.

From the ToS:

We reserve the right to deactivate your account or suspend use of services for any reason. (...) Termination of Usage
Z8Games may terminate or suspend your access to all or parts of the Service, without notice, for any conduct that Z8Games in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or is detrimental to the interests of another user or any third party. In such case, Z8Games shall have no liability to you.

But its happening to people who have not violated any ToS agreement or applicable law, or done anything detrimental.

First of all, Cross Fire was NEVER sold. Z8Games was never anything. When something happened, some staff from Subagames split off and created Z8Games, taking the rights of Cross Fire along with them. Suba wouldn't do anything about this either. And as stated by many players of the community. Suba might have banned all foreigners to the game, therefore most of the players now would be NA.

UK was never supposed to be a part of this game. Z8 implemented the UK factor.
