He goes on arguing like this this and that he didn't hack for about 15 minutes (IN ALL CAPS). Regardless, Z8Games does not care if it was your brother, your best friend, your clanmate, your clan leader, or whatever other excuse you came up with for getting banned.

If your account got banned for hacking, then someone was on that account hacking. It does not matter who was hacking, as the Terms of Service (which I'm sure you did not read) clearly state:
We reserve the right to deactivate your account or suspend use of services for any reason. (...) Termination of Usage
Z8Games may terminate or suspend your access to all or parts of the Service, without notice, for any conduct that Z8Games in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or is detrimental to the interests of another user or any third party. In such case, Z8Games shall have no liability to you.

This section means Z8Games may terminate your account for any or no reason at any time. Yes, you read that correctly. If they want to they may ban you for absolutely no reason and you have signed off all rights to complain.
[1.0] Account
An account is issued to a player in accordance with the account policy. This section of the document further discusses the legal actions which will be executed to an account due to any violation. Each account holder must respect all other players in a professional and courteous manner and is fully responsible for all violations incurred by his/her account.

This section states that regardless of who was on the account, if a violation is found it will be banned. It doesn't matter if it was your little brother who you told not to hack, your best friend who wanted to try your Kriss, you are responsible for the account and what happens to it.

I'm tired of seeing people complain for being banned. The system is not faulty. If your account has been banned, someone has violated the ToS and you are being punished. Coming into the IRC and whining about it will not help, and in fact just ticks most of us off.

On a positive note, come join us in the #Crossfire IRC channel on GameSurge! :D
