Right, apparently this didn't get through in PMs.
Teamview proves nothing. I can easily cheat, remove the cheats and ask someone to teamview me. That hardly proves legitimacy.
By the way the detection works, a replay won't be necessary.
As we can't give out details, contact support as we've told you numerous times. Posting here will accomplish nothing as theres nothing you can say to prove hes legit.
So it seems Z8 is just gonna ban someone for just playing their game. Thats awesome. You guys wont even give him a chance. Aren't you supposed to help your community? Not put them down and never change your mind. I used to be one of those who appreciated our MODs and GMs and everything else, but this is changing everything. No matter what I say, or Crow says, you just turn it down and don't even give it one single thought. Really great to know this game is being run be such considerate people. -
I'm as per default not giving and considerate to people whom the anticheat system picked up.
MY opinion on this matter does not weigh in. I don't unban. I don't ban. I tell you to go to support, which you disregard even though its your only option.

Do you REALLY think he hasn't tried that? That is the first thing he did. Yet from all of the posts here, It doesn't sound like you guys have any intention of believing the fact he doesn't hack. -

You're just arguing for pity-points which I have no leftovers for potential cheaters. -

The anti-cheat system being failtrap? And why should we trust them again? Because they're so great at coding, right?
EDIT: I love how everyone's assuming that xtrap is infallible and that the only explanation was that he was using cheats. What has xtrap ever done to earn ANY trust from us? They can't code for shiit, and that's a fact. Maybe the xnoobs should go back to high school. -

I'm just trying to get the point across that their is a problem with the system you can't be anything about, and that it is banning people you have no control over. I don't want you to do anything. I'd rather have any other MOD do it if they could anyways. -

For example, in a very recent case. We learned that the player in question downloaded a hack for another game. And was thus banned in ours.
Your best NOT to cheat at all. It's against the rules for a reason.
As always we continue to improve our service and look for the best possible ways to remove cheaters from our game. -

Thats goodddd, but make sure after time start giving perm bans to obvious hackers
and gimmie fansite kit 2

take it a step further, and say i dl'ed a hack for solitaire
(lolz you have no life if you do; doubt such a hack even exists though) and left it running. hm. -
I dont think its much of a help but it would be great if some of the guys that got the " Unfair bann " post some Ss of their processes, maybe we can find something in comun and fix this problem " if " there is such problem with Xtrap.
Combat arms got similar problems with Gamebooster and other things and they fix it. -

To be completely honest, it is more beneficial for us to have you be HONEST with us.
If you were hacking in a different game, provide that information if you get banned. While we may not have much sympathy for you, your help in any specific case may make the system better as a whole.
What doesn't help is a player getting banned based on a detection, having them admit for days that they don't hack and then we do something drastic. All to find out that they actually DID hack.
FYI the above example is also why we don't have a lot of sympathy for these things. Because its virtually impossible to trust someone. And our systems so far have proven correct 100% of the time. (even in those above cases where after a week of moaning the player finally admits to hacking).
