HAHAHAH this is what z8 games mailed me back
Hello,
Recently we have found evidence which proves this account was using malicious software within Cross Fire. This is against our terms and conditions and a ban has been placed on this account for 1 week.
We would also like to take this time to remind you that Z8Games takes no responsibility for the actions on an account that might have been compromised or lost in some way. If the rules are broken on the account we must take action against that account, regardless of the physical person that might have been playing on it at that time.
We apologize for this inconvenience but ask for your understanding as we are trying to maintain the quality of our game. We do not tolerate accounts that break our rules or use these types of programs. And as such this ban will not be lifted.
Subsequent detections and bans may result in further action taken against this account.

I'm figuring they are trying to solve this problem...
I don't like the idea of being charged as hacker.... but all of my friends know I am definitely not.
And if this situation get solved, our names are clean again.
But still I'm already mad for being charged by something I've never even considered doing(-.-') and for not being able to play on my account. -

I just saw MrTruTh post about hes legit son got banned and he said he had Game Booster on the computer so i figured that i should ask...
Damn i was kinda hoping that that would be the reason so i can finally play CF on my good account.

Hello there readers i want to start things calmly because yesterday i was so desperate i couldn't think straight.
The reason of me writing this is i have been banned for no reason!
It was like this
All day i was on my Starkiller. account (few more lvls and a golden bar) playing crossfire GM and Egypt with pistols (Sick didn't go to school)
I did pistol matches for the event and till evening i racked up 900 pistol kills well about 892 idk
there were a lot of threats from others that they will report me for hacking witch i didn't i often said Stop the flaming and get skills man report me just shut up.
then my little sister came from excursion and i decided to exit the game and play worms 4 mayhem with her. I go in the 10th grade she in 5th so anyway when i came back on cf it said you are already logged on do you want to log in again i clicked yes then it said you cant connect to the test server.
then i logged on the z8 site and it said i was hacking. W.T.F?!?!?!
since then i sent them 2 letters witch they didn't respond to asking why or what happened and the other letter was made by my other account a new replay in Egypt this time with deagle (pistol match) how i play and to prove i didn't hack.
i don't understand i don't glitch and i don't hack why have i been banned? i got banned in Tuesday- October 19- 2010
i don't want to be treated as a hacker. i hate hackers i hate hacks!!
they haven't responded to my ticket yet so all there is left is hope!!!
i decided to post this here to get some help or maybe backup
i can swear by my god damn stinking boring life that i do not hack 100% and i am against hackers 100%

If this is the first first time u were banned than ur acc will be back in a week(that's what i read in forums) if this is second time u were banned than u r probably a hacker(no offence) -

The problem is, I never hacked before, now or ever... but still i got banned, for unknown reason( as most people are saying, error of the new anti-hack system), and it is temporary because its the first time.
what if it happens again for no reason? If this error is happening because the anti-hack system is recognising regular programs that are not hacks, then it will recognize it again right?
So the next time the anti-hack system fails, I get permanently banned?
Sorry but this sounds pretty(VERY!) unfair.
And for z8 or whoever's responsible, it will bring a very bad advertising...
like.. "Play our Crossfire! The only game where there's a chance of u being randomly banned for no reason! Join now! Waste hours of your life developing your character and spending money on better guns so one day you can be one of the luckiest random banneds"

I'm guessing the direct site probably blocked you. I'm guessing the website has some type of security or firewall, that as soon as whatever came up while you were playing, you got immediately blocked/bann from whatever account you were logged into. I think that is an interesting situation you are in but hopefully it gets resolved and they see it as a misunderstanding. Good luck to you.

my advice is to PM Saidin. yes, exactly that guy that one here blames.
explain him the exact situation. like in your first post.
write the EXACT ingame name of yours, to find you.
as i know him as a busy man, it is possible not to respond you quick. but he will read your PM and he will re-review the replay who was the base of your ban.
in the same time, you may send a support ticket, with the same message. but there is possible to get a standard copy/paste message...
when i explained my situation to him he banned me

I'm guessing the direct site probably blocked you. I'm guessing the website has some type of security or firewall, that as soon as whatever came up while you were playing, you got immediately blocked/bann from whatever account you were logged into. I think that is an interesting situation you are in but hopefully it gets resolved and they see it as a misunderstanding. Good luck to you.
He got banned like my alt acc did for a week. Nothing to do with a firewall. Wait a week, its dumb but you have to. -

If you were hacking in a different game, provide that information if you get banned. While we may not have much sympathy for you, your help in any specific case may make the system better as a whole.
What doesn't help is a player getting banned based on a detection, having them admit for days that they don't hack and then we do something drastic. All to find out that they actually DID hack.
FYI the above example is also why we don't have a lot of sympathy for these things. Because its virtually impossible to trust someone. And our systems so far have proven correct 100% of the time. (even in those above cases where after a week of moaning the player finally admits to hacking).
They're telling you every ban on their end is legit and you're in the wrong. -

Its like putting a random guy in prison!
I did not hack i have never hacked in my whole stinking life!
What do i have to do to prove i did not hack and it was a stupid error?
I can easily make a video in Egypt me getting the 70 kills with pistols without hacking squat lol
i mean seriously what would you do in this situation? would you admit on something u have never ever done??!

Possibly yea, I supposed the auto-detector doesn't know if your hack is intended for CF or not, it just detects a hack.ok time to clean the computer...

But even if the program found a halo 2 cheat/hack i still think i was banned from cf without a reason...
and guess what? i use it only on offline play to have some fun when i was done with the legendary mode legit lol
z8 has no right to ban me from their product/game if Ive cheated in a whole other game...

I have no hacking software on my computer... not even related to other games... I dont hack anywhere and never did!
I found no reason to be banned.
And he tells us 100% of the cases were hackers after all???
plz don't mess with legit players! I've spent time and money on this, just like everyone else, and I will not give up what I've achieved because of this bullcr4p.

ppl will think twice before joining a free game that can ban u randomly.
The ban is temporary... but still everytime i play from now on, I'll be afraid of turning fraps on or check the time on the desktop, because the new and "better" anti-hack system might consider i'm hacking...

I know [-FskL-] in real life, we study in same university, we are neighbours and I know for 100% that he NEVER hacked.We play for more then a year now and It's really frustrating seeing he banned for no reason. Z8 should think about this new "revolutionary" way of catching hackers because it isn't working.
Am I going to be one of the "luckiest one" to be banned too for playing cf without any hacks??
