Black Market Gun Purchase Damaged w/o Use

Strange problem I need help with - Yesterday (10/19) I go a K1A from a crate in the Black Market. I never used it yesterday. This morning (10/20) I went to use it and its already totally in disrepair requiring 2500 GP to repair. What happened? The only possible thing I can think was that I had another gun at the time of this purchase which was within a few hours of expiration. I do know that gun was in need of repair but I do not remember if it was also a K1A. The only thing I can think is that it was a K1A and my new purchase of a 7 day K1A received the "Needs Repair" status of the old gun that was almost expired.
Of course by this morning whatever gun that was was gone. My new gun being in my inventory needing total repair. At the same time yesterday I bought a sniper for 7 days from a crate and this morning it appeared fine with no GP repair needed before I used it.
What is going on here?
If I purchased a crate and did in fact get the same gun I had in inventory which picked up the repair status of the old gun that is simply WRONG. That should not happen. Either way this issue should not have happened. I just got the gun yesterday and had no use of it (I did not get in game yesterday) and today its used up. GM please help!!!

Black Market Purchase Damaged Before Use

On second thought I am 99% sure that the gun I had expiring (whether or not a K1A) was certainly NOT totally in need of repair (2500 GP). It was damaged but no where near that. I had not used it since 10/14. So the new gun's total disrepair (2500 GP) was totally wrong.

now they started to do that if u break a gun in bm then get another same one it would be broken to the same point that u had it before

Broken Gun from Black Market Anaconda Crate

I think I had seen that happen before. I guess my problem was even considering trying to BUY another gun before all temp guns were totally gone. Also though this new K1A I received was totally destroyed when I got it I do not believe the expiring gun was damaged to that level. I had only used the first gun for one or two days and just played a few games to get the daily mission done.
I remember it had to be damaged a little because I almost never fix the temp guns. That is Z8 stealing from you as far as I can see. Making you pay for the gun twice essentially.
Anyway I don't remember for sure if it was the same gun sitting there with just a couple hours left.
Z8 support has still NOT responded to my inquiry of course. VERY disappointing.

Yes it new.

From now on. If you damage a temporary gun without repairing it, then when you win the same weapon again it will be same DAMAGE.

Win Scar L 7 days---->Damage it--->Goes out of storage---win again = Same damage as you left it.

You need to repair temporary guns before they expire if you want them to be UN-damaged when you win them again.
