I have a question abaut surveys for free zp. I live in Slovenia and we dont have much surveys and i want to know if the surveys will refres or if they will be new? i have 927 ZP and i need moreeee XD

You'll have to use an American IP, so you'll have all the American ones to do

Note that changing your IP to do surveys not for where you live is not allowed and can get you banned from those sites.
