A question for our GM's
How many hours do you guys play CF per day?
If one of you took a server each (maybe 2 for alpha, that thing is always packed). Played CF several hours (random time), took note of hackers and banned them. How many would you suppose you would find now? How about a month from now? I've seen only one of you guys in the insane amount of time I've been playing (It was saidin, and sorry bro, but i powned you, no offence). I knew it was you because I'm not sure how many people carry your name and have a ping of 1 (at least i think it was 1, either way, insanely low). It was kind of obvious.
Has an in game reporting system been considered? Report a hacker, wait until gm shows and observes, then banned. I realize the issue with this is time. Most CF games don't last that long. Kind of hard to get a busy GM into a room with enough time to make sure someone is hacking. Furthermore, you could only allow one hack report per account per 24 hour period (reset with missions) just so the volume is kept to a manageable level.
I bring this up because we all know that hacking has been an issue the last month or so. I realize you guys are working on it and trying to plan new material. I'll be honest and say that the speeders only bug me because I can only take care of them with my tommy gun (very efficiently mind you, I can usually kill them 3 times before they get me). I hate bringing it out because I'm trying to get my sniper badge kills. It's the glory of good ping.

I think they should allow everyone to report as much as possible if this was added, but to counter the noobs that would spam it, simply blackhole any report(s) unless 2-3 (maybe even 4) people from that game report the same person. -

Also let me add that the above idea wouldn't work in 1v1's 2v2's etc depending upon the amount of reports required to evade the blackhole, for that manual reporting would still be the best route.
And yay I'm so important I even quoted myself:D:o -

I wouldn't go as far as saying they do nothing. I just never see them in game. I know they want to provide a pleasurable game experience. That's what makes them money. Just wondering why you never see them. Perhaps they are tired of playing? I know i could only handle so much crossfire =P -

They are doing things, but compare the ammount of people who're working on fixing things with the ammount of hackers/cheaters trying to fk off these things that are already broken ;/
