Support Tickets Survey
In almost every QQ thread there are multiple people who tells the QQer to stop venting and just "send a Support Ticket".
Sounds reasonable, doesn't it?
Now, I'm just wondering, what percentage of these tickets get reviewed at all? How many support tickets have you sent in, and how many of these were closed, and how many were actually replied to?
I hate it when people hackusate, and therefore I've only sent in 3 support tickets in the time I've played CF (in each case, it was VERY obviously hacks, e.g. speedhack, osk). All of which were immediately closed, no response. I have no idea what happened to the hackers I reported, but just 3 support tickets don't really reveal much about the system. That's why I'm asking you more knowledgeable players to share some of your experience with support tickets.

Hack reports don't get replays back, they get automatically closed after you submit them, therefore each person reporting a hacker will not receive a replay saying "Thank you for reporting, keep it up boy!!" Its just ends the Report and they deal with the player.
