Crossfire Hack Detection System Is Whack

The new system only bans if there is a process running that shouldn't be. Or the ban could have been from someone reporting him.
But ANGEL!? LOL Didn't know he still played, my old leader, then I took over the clan
(Which is still going btw!)
And guys, I'm to tired to go through, read posts, delete and infract, so just end your posts there. -

i had fun in the lightning clan for the few days i was there -
No, but if the GMs think they are hacking, if it looks like they are (and not just after one or two times) they ban.
So is that permanent? I've seen a few of my mates get banned for hack.ing (they weren't), but they only got temp b&? -

this is for l0lsmilyface, for when u said it NEVER SAID HE WAS BANNED FOR HACK.ING

Dude dont worry about it. Z8 isn't really PERFECT at banning the right people. Anyways, I dont think it's permanent. They give them a few chances right?this is for l0lsmilyface, for when u said it NEVER SAID HE WAS BANNED FOR HACK.ING

He said that AFTER what I said...
So yah, if he would of said it sooner I wouldn't of posted that. -

Non hackers being banned
In the past week or so, 4 members of my clan have received either temporary or permanent bans for alleged hacking. None of these individuals have ever been suspected of hacking by our clan leaders, of which I am an LT with a rank of Captain and a year's experience with Crossfire. While we all realize the Z8 is attempting to clean up the game and get rid of the most egregious hackers, there does seem to be a serious issue with hack detection. We have noticed that players are receiving client errors, incorrect map info errors, server errors, etc... shortly before being notified that their accounts are banned. One of the banned members is our top LT, with a captain's rank, many dollars spent on ZP, and is well respected and known in the Crossfire community. Another member was told that he was banned because he got too many kills in too short a time frame. Now we have all seen multi kills in Egypt in short order, so I don't know how that would cause a hack detection. We can't speak for other players, but our clan is and has always strongly supported clean play, kicking out of the clan suspected hackers, and reporting known hackers from public games. We have a reputation within Crossfire as a clean, non farming, non hacking clan and wish to maintain that image. We support the new hack detection attempts fully, but we strongly ask Z8 to look into the obvious issues that exist with the new, more stringent hack detection that has recently been enacted, and to please be more open minded when a banned person sends in a support ticket requesting information on the ban. It should be logical to anyone familier with the game that a player with over a year's experience, many dollars spent on ZP items, and many, many hours of play is not a likely hacker. I thank you for your attention to this issue, and look forward to a resolution. -

Momo is Angel and all those other guys, except pf-thaiboy -
My good friend Sogeking1 got banned for 7 day only because it had a little program (not injector or anything related to hack, only a random software) open at the same time when he logged into CF. He did the xtrap patch way before he got banned. He crashed, then opened CF and boom, banned for 7 days... Fortunately, he'll get his account back thursday.
Now it will pay attention. He will close everything useless before playing. Nobody want to lose a 1st LT account with RPK Gold, Winchester and Berreta with all the weapon bought from survey and that includes the M4A1 Silver. Sogeking1 is the best player I've ever seen in my life, honnestly! He do video also, we can't say he's hacking.
I can trust him to 100%. I don't think a 27 years old man with a wife and a little girl called Zoe have nothing else to do than hacking,
