The ping

Is it just me or does everyone that plays have a ping above 100ms? is that normal?
Seems quite high to me but maybe im jus use to CS lool.
Anyway to get the ping down?

I've been getting bouncy pings from 64-140ish ping
when i normally get 55-70

I have much lagg in the game. call my phone company and they told me this.
you ought to know the final output ports and tcp or udp protocol to activate it on my moden and so have a better connection with the servers cross fire.
need port range to enable the gameplay of the application
could provide this information?
