has this ever happened to you?

I have no idea how playspan could have made this mistake, but for some reason when I put in a code for 20k zp I looked in game and it gave me 40k GP. Needless to say, I'm ticked off about this. I want my points, I don't care if I have to give up the 40k GP, I just want that ZP in my account and not have to wait for moderators from both Z8 and/or Playspan to say anything about this issue. I've been waiting an entire 24 hours now and I have yet to get an explanation from either company.
