3. How are people ranked according to power? ( forum mods, supermods, etc.)
4. Is hacking encouraged in tournaments?
5. How likely is it for someone to actually see that he was sent a message on the forums?
No spam or random guesses please, are there any mods who can answer them?

5. If youre talking about a support ticket, there will be a flashing envelope at the top. If youre talking about a PM, then you can change that setting so that when you receive a PM you are alerted. Otherwise keep checking back at your USER CP regularly. -

False, You get a permanent ban for being caught hacking multiple times or atleast more than once.
You cannot just get caught hacking and get banned 'just like that', according to the GM'S posting recently. -

No one.
Jokes, but still, the hackers are better coders than XTRAP, therefore any bans (and yes, there are actually A LOT of people banned--not being sarcastic here) are insignificant compared to the remaining hacking population. Sad, but true. Good effort, Z8.
