I don't think this really applies because Starcraft is a Paid-for game while crossfire is not.

As you can see, they can sue the hackers for all they've got... well, only if they would actually care about it though...

Yup, as long someone is making money out of Z8games property can be sued that includes: selling accounts, scamming, vip hack selling, and bypassing their server. The only thing is that it cost money, which Z8games has, but wont use.

So true i would pay for the trial just so we can rid of them
THEN ill get the amount of zp saidin has OVER 9,000 meh probably 20k a day :D
  • z8 would lose if they tried this, dext and mpgeeh are much bigger than z8 is.

It's still a free game, even if you donate, pay a monthly subscription w/e. These are premium bonuses to the game, thus makes it still free.
  • Whether free or not, why not take the chance? Go to court, try to get these suckers out of business. Unless someone is holding a freaking gun to your head, then I don't know why else otherwise.
  • Do you know what would stop hac.kers? If z8 gave a damn !

Z8 is only the host portal for CrossFire. If anyone'd be taking the legal action against hacker/VIP sites, it'd be SmileGate.

DX.T and MP.GH certainly aren't bigger than those.

    i know
    LESS QQERS LIKE YOU DUMBASS
    2nd part
Starcraft 2 is a pay to play game so it's different
Crossfire is a Free 2 Play game,so it will not be so serious about banning hack3rs
    GNNASTFU
  • It will dry up in court. This is the virtual world. That's why it's not done more often. All a site has to do is change their name, website domain, drop off the map and such lawsuits would not hold up. It's hard to get these things done. Much harder than one would think.

Not only that but think about those high rank people you get into a game with and are in such shock to see the idiot hack on that acc so you send it in. If that user buys alot of ZP you think they gonna ban them? and the hmmmm 20 thousand other zp buyers that have been reported? ............. enough said its jaked up but w.e

its true. But one think... the reports. I reported a clan aimboter and anyone of that clan was banned (i send a replay with 3 of that clan members using that). This is correct?

Well no digital lawsuits are dealt with every day. Besides dext lives in the States where they love lawsuits and tend to favor the company over individuals anyways. Besides a lawsuit is a great way to show how serious you are. What is to say that by simply presenting the lawsuit they wouldn't pack up and leave crossfire alone. It's not really worth writing a hack if you're facing the prospect of losing everything you've ever earned. Although Blizzard might not be the best role model to follow. They have a bad habit of suing anything that moves.

I know that Blizzard is not the best role model around, but if they defend their games so badly as to lose money over lawsuits that won't deal them any money (but will get hackers to back off) then I guess it's worth the try, right?

I'm just saying that every game company should be just as zealous about that kind of things.

  • How is it hard to sue Hackers!!

I've actually went into the hacking forums and saw all their devil talk. It's disgusting, it's unbelievable, and everyone should know that hacking to make oneself better than the others is wrong!!

Can someone PLEASE TELL ME WHY IT'S SO HARD JUST TO SUE D.XT AND THAT OTHER HACK SITE!!!

Sorry, I'm really ****ed off, because for the last 5 days, my KD is getting lower and lower from hackers and everyday, I encountered at least 1-3 hackers, and it's REALLY GETTING ON MY NERVES!!!
