HGW Step 4 Loading Error.

problem:
was playing, went afk in lobby, came back CF had disconnected.
reloaded CF and it got to Step. 4 of HGW loading, stopped there, then after a minute or so presented the message:
Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]
any fixes which dont require the router to be reset would be nice, as im at Uni and can't just amble down to the Router and reset it...
Tried deleting the xtrap files so they could re-d/l - didnt work
Tried Reinstalling CF - the message still comes up

can someone tell me what files they have in their HGCW and Xtrap folders.
also can they go to the CF folder and open the 'version.txt' file and tell me if it matches this :

Ok.. Lemme see if I can help you:
1 - Uninstall CF;
2 - Now use Windows key + R then type regedit;
3 - Once you get a window double click on Hkey_Local_Machine -> Software then find the Z8games folder (It might be on Wow6432node if you have a 64bit OS);
4 - Delete the Z8games folder and restart your pc;
5 - Install CF. -
just tried that, still nada, nothing, zilch...

I'm incredibly bored with bumping this now, especially since no help seems to be forthcoming from the GM/support team...
i therefore have a question: has my account been banned?
that is the only reason i can think of for a complete lack of response and being unable to start CF.
and tbh i cant think of a reason of how i could actually get banned, because i formatted my computer to install Windows 7, a month ago and i dont think i downloaded any hacks recently. anyone who sees me play knows that i dont hack, nor have i ever... -

Seriously WTH is this bourgeouis facist BS where you can't get any help? I'm sorry I've only been waiting a week for a bit of support from the GM/support team and i realise that they may be busy, but there are limits.
The game updates, X-Trap updates. HGW loads up gets to step 4 and then stops. apparently a simple solution to this is exceedingly hard to find.
GMs, CMs and the support team in general: i know youre busy, i know there are smegging hundreds of threads saying so and so hacks and whatever, but can i get maybe a little help please.
