Okay so ealier today I went to purchase some ZP, this would be about my third time doing so. Anyway in the morning I entered all the details and it said something like "transaction is void card will not be charged, reason: failed to pass security validations." I tried this 3 times double and triple checking the details but it still didn't work. So I thought well I'll try again later. I sent a suport ticket at about 10:00am. At 4:00pm I decided to try again and clicked on purchase now, and instead of going to the details page like it normally does it went to this:

Now I want to know if anyone else if having this problem or how i can fix it >.<

Okay so it's been 12hrs and it still isn't back to normal, I tried clearing the browser history and also tried using another browser but I can't even attempt to purchase anything in the credit card section >.>

Okay this is just getting ridiculous, it won't even ask for any details before denying me to buy ZP, someone from Z8 get on to this soon please >.>
There was over $1000 on the card so I can't see how I could have maxed it out by only spending $20...
I tried this on another computer...guess what? surprise it didn't work >.>
I tried a different account and =o it worked
So what the hell? I can't buy ZP on my main anymore? such BS, really im not gonna start a new account cause then the ZP i bought before would be a waste.
Sent another support ticket, still hasn't replied to first.
Cause seriously this is starting to **** me off.
