Some serious glitch occured in-game.

In-Game, it was a simple prison match. At one point, I was m700ing some people, I saw this dead body. Strangely, it was marked as a player. It told me the name of the player, even though he was dead.

I ignored this, but 5 seconds later I could have sworn that the body moved to the left out of sight, then back again. I then thought "Why is it still showing?!" I still saw its name. A bullet appeared to come out of it towards me, although it was a poor shot and didn't kill me.

I thought "WTH?!?!?!" and shot the dead body.

I got a kill.

I watched the replay, and he was perfectly normal. Except In-Game, from my perspective, I saw this dead body that was moving and shooting bullets.

This is a bug that has been mentioned before. I have seen this on a few occasions too. Quite funny to see a dead player sliding across the floor, but not quite so funny when he is still shooting and headshots you!
Don't worry, you're not the only one and there is nothing you can do about it.
