USP problems (and other pistols too)

whenever i use a pistol, but ive seen it most on the USP, im able to turn and move like normal, but the gun wont fire when i tell it to. For the USP, there is a 1-5 second delay untill i can shoot again. I dont know if its only me, but can someone help me.

You probably lag. Packet loss maybe.

happens to me sometimes, only when i come out of smoke or fps drops.

Guns don't fire by telling them to do so, you have to click your mouse.

is there any way to fix it, or is there nothing i can do? (and yeah. i stand behind my screen screaming at the computer to fire)

How fast do you switch weapons? If it's lag there's not much you can do about it. Unless you're downloading.

switching weapons responds very fast, but the USP is the problem with fireing. I dont think its lag because my computer responds quickly and my ping is low (around 60). I guess something somewhat unrelated that might happen because of lag is that i get stuck to walls and boxes alot.

Does your first click always makes your gun fire? Might be something with the mouse.

thats what i thought too, but upon changing batteries that didnt seem possible. The first click normally fires, but its the second and thereon that dont respond.

Did you try it with other pistols? Guess it's just USP that's bugged if other pistols work fine.
Not having this problem myself tho.

yeah. when playing elimination most pistols do the same thing just with lesser intervals of fire time. One pistol that doesnt do this to a very great extent would be the anaconda

My guess is it's your mouse, since the anaconda has the slowest rate of fire out of those pistols.
