You pay for ZP, not updates. That is the product you're purchasing.

The 2 law firms are working on it, I can't tell you to much now.
But they do have one hell of a case againts them. When I get more info about the case,
I will let you know. This is not a rumor!
Then perhaps get more info rather than say that there is a law suit with pretty much nothing backing it up. -

Nobody loses money on getting sued. Except the people paying overpriced lawyers to make up a case. The lawyers don't care at all about winning of course - they get paid either way. Most teen-suits* are successful accordingly. Never.it would suck for the people dat spent actually money on z8, if they actually get sued.. if they get sued they lose money plus they might have to disban this game.. so All of us have to find a new FPS game to play

they probably get paid more if they win, as it does force them to do their best, being the job of a lawyer, but tbh, i doubt g4box will even need a lawyer.
for the lolz: reason u can sue a internet company that could work:
-they shared info while in the TOS it said they would not. ( why would z8 do that?)
-they went to your home and tortured you until you buy zp ( probable...probable...)
-... that's about it, really. they have ownership of all accounts so they can ban you even if you just purchased 1000$ worth of zp. have lease ( or not too sure how that work) of the game files. have the server where their legal, cant think of anything else really. if you do have a case, its probably one of those things that 99.999% of the peoples didn't know it was a law and can get fined for 5$. -

Our database is of course secure, so no information that the user chooses to be private, becomes public.they probably get paid more if they win, as it does force them to do their best, being the job of a lawyer, but tbh, i doubt g4box will even need a lawyer.

All personal information (credit card info etc) are handled by professional relays, not sure which one we use but either way its not G4Box responsibility.
Accounts are property of G4Box, and are always locked/deleted on a solid foundation with evidence - even though the ToS states that they don't have to.
ZP purchases are always handled through proxy - Paypal, Click2Buy et cetera. Fraud is therefore out of the question, at least as far as G4Box are concerned, as they're not liable.
Damage to software/hardware due to malware through surveys are the survey companies responsibility, so thats a no-no too.
Not sure whats left, but rest assured its nothing to build a case on.
And as far as I know (unfamiliar with standards in North America), lawyers as most employees get paid an hourly rate.
Civic suits are rarely about money, as I said, fraud is out of the question. If anything the downside for G4 would be resetting an account or something. Thats it.
The kids suing would still be stuck there with lawyer bills. -
I may be missing the point here. But why on earth would you make a statement that lawsuits are being filed when you "can't talk about it much"? Until you have valid proof, I'd rather not have to deal with "speculation". This thread and the subject of it is pointless. Sorry to be blunt, but this whole thing is ridiculous until some valid proof is presented.
