For one, it would be all over the forum, even IF all of the thread we're getting shut down...so at that point, I HIGHLY doubt it.
SECONDLY, who would sue a company that has done nothing illegal or damaging to the users (players)? It would be a waste of time and money...not to mention that everyone would thus have to SHARE a pizz poor amount of change from what ever they were sueing Z8 for.
Third, I don't thinh Class action lawsuits can carry across international boundaries, expecially if the country in question (Canada, Korean, etc) doesn't have an equivialent (spelling?) in their law systems...
Forth...why does this thread seem like troll feed? Where did you hear this from...state your sources (and don't pull that "my friend works for Z8" junk, because my non-existant wife works for Z8 and can verify that your lieing...) -

There was a thread made and I was pm'd that there are 2 class action lawsuits against z8 atm. One from pheonix az and another from New York. -

You confused me.
Also, why would the company let us know...they hide everything from us.
Well they hide what we wanna know, and dont hide what we dont wanna know.
Dam...this shiet is whack!

I believe a few disgruntled individuals started this rumor, or possibly attempted to press charges themselves against Z8. However, the Terms of Service every user agrees to when making an account here, coupled with the fact that US laws don't carry a whole lot of weight against Canadian companies, means these charges won't likely have much success.

So you guys expect a bunch of 14 year olds to read the entire ToS??? -_- lol. -

Anyways I highly doubt that if they were...they wouldn't tell us and we'd probably see some major changes.
Yes I'm 14.L0LSmilyFace wrote: »they wouldn't tell us and we'd probably see some major changes.
Malicious Software Detection & Free USP OoO???!!! -
If you have any desire to fight a legal battle against a company like Z8, I would expect you to read the ToS. I'm not entirely sure what charges are being pressed, but it's very likely that the ToS covers them.So you guys expect a bunch of 14 year olds to read the entire ToS??? -_- lol. -

Lol as vaguely as possible though right? Just explain something to me how come z8 has to seem so secretive about everything? -

Z8 isn't hiding anything, the ToS is very clearly available here. If you read through the ToS I'm sure you'll find that it's fairly standard fare as far as any online game publisher's ToS goes. It may be difficult to follow for anyone who isn't a lawyer, but that's a fact of life if you ever plan on installing any software.Lol as vaguely as possible though right? Although other online games manage to not even have half the issues we have. Hmmmm...? -
I think you'll find that they do. Every popular free FPS has a hacker problem, every popular free online game company has a similar business strategy, and conduct themselves similarly. Z8 and Crossfire are no different aside from the fact that CF is a bit more successful than the rest.Although other online games manage to not even have half the issues we have. Hmmmm...? -
We are extremely popular though.. Not many online games that are similar are as popular..
Love you Johnathan

One word. AVA. -

CF was made before AVA and allot of ppl are moving from cf to AVA and CF has more players i wonder were there from ?? brasil ? Lag problem z8 saying there trying to fix it ? but nothing ? -
