How to unlock M12s?

Uh the SCAR Light used to be unlocked at Staff Sergeant Level 4.. I believe thats what you were trying to say. And yes the M12s is unlocked at that level. But first you have to uninstall your game then you go outside and scream "I AM A NOOB" in your boxers. Thats how you get your best M12s

Uh if you haven't noticed that was a lie. The second part anyways ^^

m12s is legit, it's the people that get killed by it are noobs
