Ping is going bonkers

My ping is usually at around 45-51

Lately. its been at around 60-70, and sometimes pushes to 100.

Whats going on here?

My ping usually goes up when they spam the chat with: f11, f12, hack, cheat, etc. Don't know why.

To clean the chat do "enter + /d + enter"

Thanks, I'll try that. Is there a command for blocking the whole chat instead of blocking users in part?

The servers are full and more peeps try to go in the same server and before you know it the connections get unstable and increases the ping
