Intrepid: Recruiting!

Intrepid is a clan that was formed by my real-life friend Clayton and myself. Clan hopping grew tiresome; being in a clan with no activity or having clan mates online that didn't even play together turned me off. I decided to start my own clan to try and build a friendly, easy-going community of active players. Intrepid's inception was tough to begin with, as it's hard to find decent people in a community riddled with cynics, but now I've recruited a few good people and we're off to a great start. We mostly play Search and Destroy, Ghost Mode, and Elimination. I wanted to wait until I had a few moderately skilled members to post a recruiting thread, so here it is.

Requirements:

-While being skilled is a plus, having a total tryhard attitude and flaming your clanmates is unacceptable. This is a game, and it's supposed to be fun. Your clanmates are human - just like yourself - and are bound to make mistakes. Instead of flaming, encourage and coach them into better players.
-English speaking is a must, proper grammar is a bonus. Sorry to discourage foreigners, but the overall character of the non-English speakers I've encountered have really turned me off to them.
-Be mature. Being silly every now and then is fine, but when we're scrimming at least put forth an honest effort.
-Have fun. Again, the main idea of this clan is to have people you enjoy playing with easily accessible, rather than joining completely random games.
-We have a ventrilo server (that I'm paying for). I'd really like members to use it and make the most of my investment.

[A little side note for those who are wondering. I'm 19, and I'll be 20 in December. I have a job with semi-sporadic hours, but I'm on every day for some period of time, especially later in the night (10 p.m.-2 a.m. EST)]
