K this is my take on it:
Use gun sounds, download eycd's gun sound pack for CF.
sync was off
Don't make us look at the player run around for half the video, get to the frags ASAP. (you don't get to a single kill til 27 seconds in)
Nametag shouldn't be in the middle of the screen, looks awkward
