Steelseries Siberia V2 HELP.

I just got my PC back after reformatting, and my headset isn't working
I downloaded the driver for the USB headset and soundcard
http://steelseries.com/support/downloads
still not working, any help would be appreciated it
EDIT: tested my Iphone earphone and they work fine.

no, but the actual headset works I know that for a fact since I use it all the time.

Well...

Have you tried putting in any other headset/speaks in that jack? Because that might be it.

well it's a USB headset, but I've tried my Iphone earbuds and the sound worked fine.

Go into your settings on your drivers and make sure everything looks fine if you haven't already.

install any driver make sure u installed every driver
if u did it

try reinstalling your usb ports..

and as everyone said, make sure all drivers are up to date
