Rewards for hack reporting
Hey,
As we all know, CF is getting more popular and in consequent more hackers. They are absolutely destroying the game and induce others to join into their partypooper theatrics. Since the newer way of reporting has gotten simplified, why not give a small reward to those who manage to get a hacker off the game and this would familiarize the new and old members to learn and take advantage of this reward. The reward I think should probably be a small amount of zp (maybe couple of hundreds) per hacker account terminated.

It would be nice, but we can't implement it.
The new system is efficient because things are structured. The ticket system however doesn't relate to the banning system. We'd have to rewrite to make sure whether or not a person is banned, or do it manually. Both takes time and effort away from banning hackers.
Theres also a psychological aspect to consider with the reviewers if they're aware that they'll get a guy ZP if they ban the person, but theres no point getting in to it.
Nobody is forced to report of course. If you're unhappy with the lack of rewards, simply do not report. -
would cause people to report every person they assume hack.too many false reports wouldnt help speed the process up.i still say you shouldnt be rewarded for something you should be doing to improve gameplay and the community.if you enjoy playing cf and want to help it remain as hack free as possible then no reward should be needed.

i think its a really good idea cuz i always play with hackrs and i HATE it. -

then what can we do to bring the hackers down. The reward system wouldn't be for me honestly (even though it would be very appreciated) but its for those victims who get hacked on and don't know what to do with the hackers who will finally learn how to use "report hackers" and get payed for it. Of course, some will probably abuse the reward system but it will for sure bring down the number of hackers. And for CF making a list manually, i remember there was a ban list before was that automated? if it was, then it would be easy to just put in the user who logged in and reported the guy through support.

Well this can encourage players to report ha.cker because some people (including myself) get bored of reporting everyday lots of ha.ckers....
I have like 10+ replays of unreported ha.ckers and i find useless to report them since they will get back with a new account :S -
i remember once when i REPORTED a guy callec *MArshall or something like that that was almost 6 or 7 months ago...and this week i was playing normally with hacker an Br but then ...from nowhere a guy came up and kill all of us trought the walls while we were in our base at the begining...but...¿WHO? yeah the same guy who u reported almost 6 months ago.... what does it mean?
yeah, i HATE XTRAP and all thos guys who doesnt do anything for BANN those NOOBS!!

i agree that most hackers are brasillians but not all brasillians,some are legit players
let these kind of brasillian hate threads die please -
The Best thing is make crossfire for Europe North America and South America so let the Brasilians hack what ever they want OR best Thing make CF for Rest in the World and a South America CF and dont let them on Europe Server so it will stops the hacking we can do anything against the hackers no GM/ADMIN ingame so play finish an report until they make what i write or make better GameGuard

Having less hackers without having to report them is a reward. Having to take the time to report them only to ban ONE hacker, isn't a reward to me. Ban 100 and I'll be satisfied.

Rewarding those who report is a great way to motivate people to ban players. If not, find a way to make people report because, they'll be too many hackers some day, people will just leave crossfire and go play COD7, lmao. -
How about remove the kills that the hacker has made from all accounts and turn them into kills for you. Its bs and a waste of time to report and you already have that permanent tag on your kdr. Today alone without any hackers my kdr would have been probably 3.5, but instead it was 1.6 because in EVERY game EVERY BLOODY GAME I played there wa a hacker to ruin it (also I think I hold the record for most consecutive games played with hackers in it, 6 games. All on opposite teams). Also maybe post a list of hackers and their ips so we can send then treats over the internet. I would like that very much without getting into details...
TL;DR: Change the deaths you got from hacker into kills, post their ips, I played 6 consecutive games with hackers in them. -

I Agree, Why Am I Reporting? Because it’s too sucks Playing Crossfire These days, Specially With SpeedHackers. Before I didn't bother myself to report Via PM (Old System) But Since you guys has implemented the Report System through the Web Interface form, I Start Using it, and I almost using it daily 3 time a day.
I think Detecting a hacker and report it or Banning them its the MOD Job! So Basically I'm doing that for FREE? I even didn't think of getting myself rewarded for Being report someone, because that wasn’t my intention, but to Punish these hackers for good.
Rewarding Players who have a Positive report will encourage many players to use the report system which I believe few of us only do a report, But Since the MOD replied with it cannot be implemented at this moment I think we are talking here about the Main interest of the Game.
You Guys reward people who Full survey because the companies are Paying for it and you don't want to reward the Players who are Helping and showing appreciation to the Game Staff for free? Is that Fair? You could reward every Positive Report Manually as a first step till you guys implement a new Feature that Works that Automatically.
Rewarding players manually is less work than Finding Hackers without players’ Reports. Think about it this way.
Please take this as a serious Suggestion since Crossfire is almost unplayable these days.

Hackers keep destroying the game
Since started playing, hackers grows in number. I reported many, but only one report was replied. I don't want an reward system, just keep hackers away. But i think it should have a system that shows how many hackers have been banned per day to encourage to not hack.
It seems that nothing is done to ban hackers, they keep playing using hacks to get advantage on game.
At least, it should have an system, like the friend list, were we could register an hacker and if we are a TD/FAA/... creator, they where blocked from playing in that game round. -

Just wait to the next patch guys ( maybe in a week or so oO? ).
Im quite sure that most of the hacks running around now WILL get patched.
Cause if not many ppl will quit the game for sure and z8 doesnt need that.
Btw dont blame the MODs, most of them are forum MODs helping ppl with issues, they are not responsable for the hack outbreak, nor the proper function of XTRAP.
