Me and some ppl i know have been having some problems with ZP.
We have been buying it through PlaySpan and using the codes but after we check to see if we did get our zp we didnt what is up with this?

why buy it from playspan?
if you buy it from playspan might aswell just buy ZP straight from z8

yea Playspan has been giving the wrong ESN codes, if you buy 40 K GP you get 20 K ZP. Same goes for 20 K ZP, if you get 20k ZP you get 40 K ZP. There is somehting wrong with the ESN codes.

I had to file the same bug report 3 times a day for 4 days before playspan even replied.
Now they are at the stage where they are asking for information that was clearly in the message.
So it seems that they won't do anything unless you bother then enough.
Although if you really can not get them to answer just go to the better business bureau and file a formal complaint with them.
That is my next step if they keep dragging their feet like this.
