What should i do ? i wait about 5 days of an answer cuz my acc is hacked... and i can do nothing i have enough proof´s and i need fast an answer cuz the Hacker try to sell my acc in Ebay.... Plz Answer Fast

Did you get any kind of response back from them at all yet?
Did you provide them with an email address to contact you?
You might need to give them up to a couple of weeks to look into it.

I wouldn't worry about the hacker selling your account, if you can prove it's your account it will get handed back to and if someone buys it on ebay they will lose it and they can take it up with the seller.
Selling stolen goods doesnt mean the goods are legally the new owners, they can still be removed and given to the rightful owner.

Seriously... I have back-logged support claims on hackers from months ago. Still sitting there with "Sorry, no reply at this time."

What the fu.ck do these idiots do all day? Absolutely fu.cking nothing except ban me from the forums every week for pointing out how fu.cking useless they are.

I have reported 5 hackers within a month and nothing has been done about a single one of them. All of them have played every single day, including today, since I reported them.

They all have decent ranks too, high enough rank to buy ScarL otherwise there's no point in reporting them. One of them is even a 1st Lieutenant.

You'll have to wait like everyone else with their 'urgent' issues.
If you must, submit another ticket.

Don't give your account info away to keep these ridiculous issues to from happening.
