No Character?

I wanted to get that USP, so I connected to Facebook and it said it couldn't find any Crossfire characters on my account. Now I know thats not true, as I was just playing Crossfire on this same account.

I went to the My Account page and apparently my character is non existent. Which again, I know isn't true. Can somebody help me get my character listed on the website. I reeeeally want that USP.
